[INES Announce] INES meet up + sessions at 4S

Good morning! If you are participating in 4S virtually or in person, please remember that our session starts at 8:30 am Puebla time tomorrow (Saturday). We’ll be in A202.

If you are joining us in person, we’ll have in INES lunch together on Saturday between the STS Structures & Agencies panels, which will be from 11 – 1 and 2-4 in A004. We’ll walk together from the room and pick up lunch eat it in the big tent / tables area.

Subject: INES meet up + sessions at 4S

If you’ll be traveling to 4S in December, please plan to join INES for lunch on Saturday between 1 and 2 pm, in between the two STS Structures & Agencies panels in Building A, A004. My sense is that the easiest plan is to grab the box lunches that come with registration and then return to the room, unless we can get good wifi coverage somewhere outside to stream the meeting to anyone who wants to participate online.

As you are putting together your schedules, please include ours, Reconfiguring engineering studies… to what ends?, which will be held Saturday December 10 from 8:30-10:30 am. It will be hybrid, so you can join online. Full info below.
