accomplish with and for engineers? In the spirit of applied and interventionist research, we invite proposals for sessions or papers on a variety of engineering studies topics that inform discussion of the question,

analyses, past and present. We encourage reflections on our collective identity as engineering studies scholars, such as the complexities of being insiders or outsiders to engineering, our interdisciplinary roles in institutions, and ideas about training scholars
in engineering studies. We also invite submissions related to professional development at different stages of academic scholarship, whether graduate student, early career, or later career. We similarly welcome creative, out-of-the box proposals that will bring
