[INES Announce] Lafayette College - Visiting Assistant Professor (VAP) Position Available

Dear INES Members,

Lafayette College is hiring a VAP for our Engineering Studies program! We
are looking for an outstanding teacher-scholar who is able to teach
introduction to engineering, an upper-level engineering studies elective,
and an interdisciplinary engineering and society elective of their choosing
in AY 2026-27.

The candidate requirements are as follows: "The candidate’s teaching,
scholarly interests, and experience in Engineering and Society will
contribute to a program with current faculty expertise in sustainable
technologies, STS, engineering policy, gender studies, and engineering
economics and management. Applicants who have scholarly expertise in any of
those areas are encouraged to apply, with preference given to applicants
whose work addresses engineering economics and management and/or research
in engineering education. Candidates should have or be near completion of a
PhD in a related field."
