Thanks for the prompt. Here is what I received from the 4S about our submission below. Bottom line, they are not yet accepting papers until the end of April, but we are supposed to advertise.
I don't seem to have access to the listserv; if anyone wants to advertise our session, I can prepare a blurb for distribution.

You will find a list of panel titles, and be able to click through to your panel’s abstract. Please take this opportunity to double-check your abstract, and let us know if any minor corrections are needed.

Our online portal will begin accepting submissions to open panels at the end of April. The deadline for submissions is May 26th. We will be in contact with you after that deadline with instructions on how to select papers for your open panel.

In the meantime, we’d like to invite you to begin publicizing your open panel and inviting submissions from your colleagues.

Dear all,

Hope everyone is doing well. I am looking at the 4S page to submit a paper to our open panel (paper submissions were supposed to start on April 10th), but I don´t see how to proceed.

Am I missing something, or did they postpone the paper submission date? I see somewhere else that says they will start accepting at the end of April despite the 4/10 date.

Anyone understand what is going on?
